What makes SciTeeX unique is the wide range of machines designed and produced in one organisation, in one factory, encompassing impact treatment machines (blastrooms, wheel blast machines), chemical pre-treatment machines (degreasing booths, multistage washers, conversion coatings), machines for thermal spray (arc, flame), organic coating lines (powder and liquid paint) and VOC abatement systems. Ecological shot blasting machine
The compact, eco-friendly AUER ST 1000 DPS shot blasting machine is integrated with a high-performance ASP filtration system. The device allows for automatic, precise processing of workpieces placed individually in stabilizing holders on the rotating satellite(s) or in the process hopper in the work basket. The number of blasting guns and the number of rotating satellites depends on the size and geometry of the workpieces being processed. The blasting guns are placed stationarily at a specific angle in the work holders or can be moved in a vertical or horizontal reciprocating motion. The desired processing time is set on a timer, and the rotational speed of the satellites/work basket is smoothly and continuously adjusted using a potentiometer. Alternatively, the device can be equipped with an SPS-SIEMENS controller with a control panel. As a universal shot-blasting system, the device can also be used for manual abrasive blasting of larger workpieces.
